What is a forced reset trigger

A forced reset trigger, or FRT, uses the movement of the bolt carrier to mechanically reset the trigger after each shot. It fires one round per function of the trigger and stays semi automatic. Which trigger fits my rifle

Do I need a special buffer or parts
