Assumption of risk

Firearms and firearm components are inherently dangerous. Improper installation, handling, or use can cause serious injury, death, or property damage. You understand these risks and accept full responsibility for the safe handling, installation, function checking, and use of any product you purchase.

Proper installation

Parts must be installed correctly by a qualified person and verified with a proper function check before live fire. If you are not confident, have a qualified gunsmith complete the work. See our installation guide for general guidance.

Legal compliance

You are responsible for confirming and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to you, and for being eligible to purchase and possess these products. General information is available on our legal status page, and it is not legal advice.

Release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release FRT Triggers from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the installation, handling, or use of the products you purchase. You agree that responsibility for safe and lawful use rests with you.
